foundations in big corporations (2012 - 2015)
I started my career in big corporations like Oracle and Ericsson, where I learned how structure, collaboration and clear processes make big things happen. Those years thought me the value of aligning people around a vision, communicating clearly across teams and delivering results at scale. The foundations I built there became the springboard for leading products and teams across very different environments in the years that followed.
building and leading products (2015 - 2025)
Since 2015, I’ve worked across startups, mid-size companies and large enterprises, leading digital products used by millions of people. Along the way, I gained a deep understanding of how ideas evolve, what helps teams thrive, and I carried those lessons into every project I led.
I've led 20+ distributed teams, from small squads of 3 to groups of 10, often within larger product engineering organizations of over 100 people. I've helped bring mobile, web and SaaS products to life across B2B and B2C markets, some starting as just an idea a becoming fully launched and widely used solutions, other evolving and growing through optimization.
While my focus has always been on Product and Project Management, I've also stepped into roles like Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach when needed, learning firsthand how to bring teams and ideas together to create products people genuinely love.
